This position is Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in Manchester, Depending on the role, we might also ask you to do a short presentation, a practical or technical task or have a values focused conversation. We will explain what is involved before anything happens. ## Description Role: Lead Cloud Architect The pivotal hire for this engagement. Senior technical authority responsible for assessing the current state of the migration, owning the target architecture, and driving delivery through to completion. Must be credible enough to challenge the client's existing team including long-serving staff resistant to change - while maintaining trust and momentum. What you'll be doing: * Conduct current state assessment - architecture, data flows, and technical debt * Identify and articulate blockers, both technical and organisational * Define and own the target architecture through to delivery * Act as the senior technical voice throughout the engagement * Bridge the domain knowledge and AWS skills gap within the client team * Challenge existing approaches where necessary and build confidence in the path forward, We trust people to do their best work.
