## Description

We're looking for a creative and data-driven TikTok Specialist to provide ongoing strategic support to strengthen the performance, reach, and engagement of the project's TikTok presence. The consultant will provide expert guidance on TikTok platform developments, algorithm changes, content optimisation, and performance analysis to support the project's objectives., The TikTok Specialist will provide expert advice and analysis to maximise the effectiveness of the projects TikTok strategy by:

 * Monitoring and interpreting changes to the TikTok algorithm and platform features.
 * Advising on content and editorial approaches based on platform trends and algorithm developments.
 * Analysing channel performance and identifying opportunities for growth and engagement.
 * Supporting the communications team with data-driven recommendations to improve content performance.
