## About the Role

Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, * Must be a friendly, confident and a professional individual, able to liaise and adapt approach to customers/parts advisors/colleagues alike

 * With training, able to work on your own, using good initiative and able to problem solve
 * Detail-orientated under pressure, in a fast paced environment
 * Confident managing a diary and customer expectations
 * Must have excellent computer skills with use of emails/excel/word. As well as swift ability to learn new systems - full training provided
 * Confidence in quoting/invoicing and handling cash/card machine
 * Motor Trade experience is preferred but not essential, * Receptionist: 4 years (required)
 * Customer Service: 3 years (required)

## Description

Some responsibilities to include:

 * Managing our bookings diary and updating our database accurately
 * Raising quotations and liaise with customers/suppliers/workshop
 * Handling supplier returns/credits
 * Invoicing & taking payments
 * Prepare MOT/Service reminders
 * Maintain filing system
 * Assist with COSHH & health & Safety folder
