You should be proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable building in an environment where not everything is fully defined yet. You bring: * 6 to 10 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, or a similar technical role. * Strong Python skills and experience building production-ready applications or services. * Experience designing APIs, integration layers, connectors, and scalable application components. * Good understanding of RAG concepts, AI orchestration, prompt workflows, and frameworks such as LangChain or similar. * Experience with CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, Helm, and modern engineering practices. * Understanding of secure, governed, and compliant software delivery in an enterprise or regulated environment. * Familiarity with MLOps or DevOps principles such as model versioning, monitoring, rollback, and production handover. * Ability to work with architects, security, IT operations, and business stakeholders. * Experience with on-prem or hybrid enterprise environments would be considered an advantage. * Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, or similar governed AI environments would be beneficial. * Background in financial services, fintech, banking, or another regulated industry would be a plus. You ask the right questions, make pragmatic decisions, propose ideas, and take ownership of turning AI concepts into reliable services that create real impact. ## Description As a Senior AI Engineer, you will focus on building AI services, orchestration layers, integrations, and AI application components that can move from prototype to production-grade use. Your work will help ensure that AI becomes a scalable, reliable, and governed capability across the organization.
