The role involves working with customers and internal teams to make sure jobs are logged, scheduled, and completed properly., * Take customer calls and emails about requests

 * Help organise schedules and daily workload
 * Keep systems and records accurate and up to date
 * Monitor inboxes and respond to requests
 * Deal with basic queries
