* Experiencia sólida en servicios de mantenimiento y desarrollo en entornos IBM i / AS400.
 * Experiencia con RPG IV ILE en formato libre (free-form).
 * Desarrollo de programas ILE, módulos y programas de servicio RPG con SQL embebido.
 * Acceso a datos mediante SQL DB2 for i (SQL).
 * Dominio de CL (Control Language).
 * Experiencia en desarrollo siguiendo buenas prácticas, modularidad y mantenibilidad del código., * SQL avanzado (procedimientos almacenados, UDF, vistas y cursores).
 * Experiencia en modernización de aplicaciones RPG legacy.
 * Conocimiento de soluciones específicas del sector seguros (por ejemplo, Insure90) en entornos modernizados., * Experiencia basada en RPG fixed format o RPG III.
 * Uso de instrucciones nativas de acceso a datos como CHAIN, READ, WRITE o UPDATE.
 * Desarrollo de nuevas soluciones utilizando SDA, RLU o DDS.
