 * Conocimientos sólidos de Docker y contenedores.
 * Experiencia creando y manteniendo procesos CI/CD.
 * Argo CD y metodologías GitOps.
 * Grafana y Prometheus.
 * Helm y manifiestos YAML.
 * Administración de sistemas Linux.
 * Conocimientos de redes en Kubernetes: Services, Ingress, DNS y Network Policies.
 * Almacenamiento persistente: Persistent Volumes, Storage Classes y CSI.
 * Git y gestión de repositorios.
 * Capacidad para analizar logs, métricas y eventos para resolver incidencias.
 * Scripting con Bash o Python.
 * Inglés suficiente para trabajar con documentación técnica y participar en reuniones.

Se valorará experiencia en:

 * OpenShift, AKS, EKS o GKE.
 * Terraform, Ansible u otras herramientas IaC.
 * Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions o Azure DevOps.
 * Loki, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch o herramientas similares.
 * HashiCorp Vault, External Secrets o Sealed Secrets.
 * Service Mesh: Istio o Linkerd.
 * Hardening, vulnerabilidades y seguridad de contenedores.
 * Backup y recuperación de plataformas Kubernetes.
 * Certificaciones CKA, CKAD, CKS o equivalentes.
