* Formación técnica finalizada (CFGM, CFGS o similar en Informática, Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o áreas afines).
 * Experiencia previa de aproximadamente 1 año, prácticas o beca en entornos técnicos.
 * Interés por desarrollarse profesionalmente en el ámbito de las redes y la seguridad.
 * Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos 24x7., * Redes TCP/IP.
 * Routing y switching.
 * VLANs.
 * Firewalls y seguridad perimetral.
 * Herramientas de monitorización.
 * Entornos Cisco.
 * Certificación CCNA o conocimientos equivalentes.
 * No es necesario tener experiencia en todas estas tecnologías. Valoramos especialmente la actitud, las ganas de aprender y el interés por desarrollarse en el área de redes y seguridad.

* Monitorización de infraestructuras de red y seguridad.
 * Gestión y seguimiento de incidencias.
 * Diagnóstico inicial y resolución de incidencias técnicas.
 * Escalado de incidencias a equipos especializados.
 * Gestión de herramientas de ticketing.
 * Ejecución de tareas operativas y de mantenimiento.
