Bonus Points Previous experience in QA, programming or IT Please ensure that the résumé/CV you attach is written in English. ## Description As a LiveOps Specialist, you will be joining a growing LiveOps team, where you will help to deliver a top-class user experience through targeted campaigns. You will own the execution of the LiveOps events and offers, be responsible for campaign validation through QA to ensure error-free release and closely work with other teams across the business. Execute LiveOps campaigns using bespoke in-house tools. Work with other teams to test functionality pre-release to ensure error-free execution. Monitor the live events and investigate any issues. Manage customer communication channels (in-app messages & push notifications) using relevant segmentation for maximum impact. Manage the AB testing setups. Improve processes and raise tool or feature improvement requests.
