Do you have experience in Windows?, * 2+ years of experience of relevant working experience.

 * Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
 * Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, and networking devices.
 * Strong understanding of firewalls, routers, access points, and switches.
 * Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows OS and applications.
 * Ability to document procedures and create training materials.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support.
 * Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

## Description

We are looking for multiple Information Technology Support Specialists in Enschede, Netherlands, fluent in Dutch language, with at least 2+ years of experience in system administration, network management, and technical support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and security systems, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 * Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware on endpoint devices.
 * Manage network servers, firewalls, routers, access points, and switches.
 * Monitor system performance and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
 * Implement security measures, including access controls, backups, and firewalls.
 * Ensure that application and system updates are in place.
 * Provide desktop and user support to ensure required IT capabilities for all users.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
 * Set up accounts and workstations for new and existing users.
 * Develop and conduct IT systems and software training for end-users.
 * Deploy, implement, troubleshoot, and support the workforce environment.
 * Create and manage tickets in the ITSM system (ServiceNow) to track and resolve issues.
 * Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
 * Restore standard managed workstations and secure local data from the latest available backup.
 * Maintain an inventory of all IT desktops, components, and equipment.
 * Develop and maintain documentation on IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
 * Provide on-site local support as needed.
