## About the Role

Do you have experience in Solution architecture?, * Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of solution architecture, application development, and composable platforms.

 * Customer Engagement: Ability to engage in highly technical conversations with senior stakeholders, confidently bridging business and technical worlds.
 * Pre-Sales Experience: Proven ability to support technical sales processes, including discovery, scoping, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
 * Development Capability: Hands-on development skills (web applications, workflows, integrations, or low/no-code platforms preferred).
 * Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical complexity into business value.
 * Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, workflow automation, or composable/low-code solutions.
 * Understanding of scalability, security, and maintainability in solution design.
 * Previous experience in a startup or technology company is a plus.

## Description

This is a customer-facing, hands-on technical role that is instrumental in positioning Cyferd's Platform as the best choice for organizations in a huge range of industries. The successful candidate will be working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Development., Customer Engagement & Pre-Sales

 * Technical Discovery: Lead technical discussions with prospects to understand business goals, pain points, and solution requirements.
 * Solution Scoping: Translate customer requirements into scalable, reusable configurations that align with both business and technical needs.
 * Platform Evangelism: Confidently demonstrate the Cyferd Platform's capabilities, positioning it as the leading choice for composable solutions across industries.
 * Sales Collaboration: Partner with Cyferd's sales team, providing technical expertise and building trust with prospective clients.

Solution Design & Development

 * Design & Build: Develop customer-facing applications and workflows using the Cyferd Platform.
 * Prototype & Iterate: Rapidly prototype, test, and refine solutions to address specific customer challenges.
 * Deliver Excellence: Ensure solutions are documented, maintainable, scalable, and meet high standards of usability and performance.
 * Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in solution design processes, tools, and techniques.

Collaboration & Leadership

 * Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate with Product, Development, and other team members to deliver impactful outcomes.
 * Knowledge Sharing: Act as a subject matter expert internally and externally, mentoring colleagues and fostering best practices.
 * Stakeholder Management: Balance multiple projects, managing priorities, risks, and timelines while keeping stakeholders informed.
