## Description

We're seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps Engineering team. In this hands-on role, you will manage the infrastructure and delivery systems crucial for our quants, traders, and developers. You'll design, automate, and optimize deployment workflows in a hybrid AWS and on-prem environment, directly impacting the firm's efficiency and security., * Architect, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure across AWS and on-prem environments.

 * Design and maintain reusable Terraform modules for Infrastructure-as-Code.
 * Automate configuration management and system provisioning using Packer and Ansible.
 * Build and own CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable software delivery.
 * Develop and maintain automation tooling and scripts, preferably in Python or Go.
 * Deploy, manage, and scale containerized workloads with Kubernetes and Helm.
 * Run and improve our GitOps delivery model using tools like ArgoCD and Atlantis.
 * Manage and optimize OpenSearch clusters.
 * Administer and optimize Linux-based systems for security, performance, and reliability.
 * Collaborate with developers to enhance tooling and streamline deployments.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues across the stack.
