Our aim is to ensure your candidate experience is as positive as possible. ## Description We're looking for a Systems Support Manager to lead the management, integrity, and performance of systems and asset data across the Sussex Route, with this post being responsible for Brighton delivery unit reporting to the Area Services Manager. This is a critical role at the heart of operational success - ensuring our systems are accurate, reliable, and enabling informed decision-making within Brighton Delivery Unit. You will act as the expert in data quality and system performance , providing leadership, insight, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring the data that underpins our railway is accurate, trusted, and actionable - enabling better decisions, improving performance, and supporting a safe and reliable service for passengers. What you'll be doing Take the lead in driving effective system and database management within Brighton Delivery Unit. You will provide expert guidance and support on the use of systems and asset data, ensuring information is accurate, current and trusted, and that systems are managed to the highest standards.
