## About the Role

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Game UX development.
 * A portfolio showcasing strong UX case studies that demonstrate your thinking process, problem-solving, and logic.
 * Deep knowledge of game development pipelines and the ability to design within technical constraints.
 * Experience in the mobile casual or social gaming space is highly preferred, though we welcome experts from console/PC backgrounds with elite UX fundamentals.
 * Proficiency in creating low-to-medium fidelity wireframes and complex user flows.

## Description

* Deliver complete UX solutions for new features, from initial sketches to interactive prototypes.
 * Develop a deep understanding of player behavior to ground design decisions in real-world perspectives.
 * Deconstruct industry references and competitors to identify best practices and avoid common pitfalls.
 * Collaborate closely with product managers and technical artists to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with product goals.
 * Proactively use data and player feedback to iterate on designs and improve long-term product consistency.
