This is more than a traditional support role; it is an opportunity to help reshape the organisation's technology landscape. You will contribute to the redesign of core processes, support the modernisation of systems and services, and help build a more secure, efficient, and scalable IT environment for the future. The role will also act as an AI ambassador for the business, helping to drive the development, adoption, and practical use of AI tools and ways of working across teams.
