As a BI Specialist, you play a key role in strengthening data-driven decision making within a complex and evolving organization. You contribute to building clear, reliable insights that support business performance and digital transformation.
You'll be working in a data-driven environment where information management is continuously evolving. Within a multidisciplinary team, there is a strong focus on improving data quality, standardization, and usability. Collaboration is key: you'll work closely with product owners, analysts, architects, and business users to translate data into actionable insights.
What you'll be doing as a BI Specialist:

 * Designing and developing dashboards in Power BI
 * Leading stakeholder alignment on information needs
 * Translating requirements into data models and visuals
 * Performing ETL activities to extract and prepare data
 * Validating data quality and ensuring consistency
 * Owning delivery of BI solutions end-to-end
 * Contributing to BI architecture and data design
 * Aligning with stakeholders on design and functionality
 * Improving data processes and reporting standards
 * Driving adoption of data and insights across the business
