Recent examples include building an API and security platform for our partners to integrate with, and a "reference reader" that uses AI to read data straight from uploaded documents - removing manual work and reducing errors. There's plenty more of this kind of work ahead. You'll work across a mix of product features and system improvements: building new products, evolving our APIs and core workflows, and improving reliability, performance and security in production. We operate what we build. Over time you'll take ownership of your services end-to-end - deployment, monitoring and debugging across the stack - with the support of the team as you grow into it., We have a genuine focus on helping people develop and succeed. We push ourselves to do our best work while supporting each other, and we keep it a fun place to be. We have big ambitions for our products, and you'll help shape and deliver functionality that changes the business. ## Related Videos - [Recruitment Reinvented: Bold strategies and the $10K signing incentive](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1068-recruitment-reinvented-bold-strategies-and-the-10k-signing-incentive) - [Optimizing Discovery: PostgreSQL's Role in Transforming GetYourGuide's Search](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1647-optimizing-discovery-postgresql-s-role-in-transforming-getyourguide-s-search) - [Let's Talk Quality! - Lilia Gargouri](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1815-let-s-talk-quality-lilia-gargouri) - [Uncertainty Estimation of Neural Networks](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/227-uncertainty-estimation-of-neural-networks) - [Shipping Faster with Less: Render on Cloud Hosting, AI Workloads, and the Future of DevOps](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1894-shipping-faster-with-less-render-on-cloud-hosting-ai-workloads-and-the-future-of-devops) - [Discover the open source trio you didn’t expect: .NET and PostgreSQL on Linux](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2042-discover-the-open-source-trio-you-didn-t-expect-net-and-postgresql-on-linux) ## Related Articles - [Where To Find Software Engineering Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/396-where-to-find-software-engineering-jobs) - [Find a Developer Job: 12 Best Job Sites For Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/165-find-a-developer-job-12-best-job-sites-for-developers) - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [Where to Find Entry-Level Software Engineering Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/397-where-to-find-entry-level-software-engineering-jobs) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [How to Become an AI Engineer](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/331-how-to-become-an-ai-engineer)
