Special Aptitudes * Positive, energetic and proactive approach to tasks * Highly effective and engaging communications and interpersonal skills - written and verbal * Availability to work outside of usual pattern of working hours when required. * Highly focused work ethic IT and Media Essential * Fully IT and database literate (in Microsoft Office 365, CRM and CMS systems) Desirable * Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM * Experience of Umbraco ## Description We are recruiting for a Data Cleansing Support Officer who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of data within the organisation's CRM and associated systems. The role will focus on identifying, analysing and correcting data quality issues, supporting CRM optimisation, and working closely with internal stakeholders and external IT partners to improve data standards across Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related databases.
