The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an agency setting, be well established and confident running projects on their own/taking ownership of their work. If you're detail-oriented, collaborative and highly creative, someone who can make their mark and help shape the output of our agency, then this could be for you. You'll get to design for a broad spectrum of clients and for projects delivered through various technologies, including WordPress, Headless, Framer and custom builds., * At least 5 years agency experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative range and your design thinking. * Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. * Experience working in/working knowledge of Framer. * Deep understanding of design systems, interaction design and user-centred design. * Strong wireframing skills and the ability to translate sometimes complex information architectures into usable, intuitive website structures. * Experience designing responsive experiences across multiple breakpoints. * Excellent communication skills - you can clearly articulate your thinking and describe your concepts both internally and directly to clients. * Experience leading projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. * An understanding of HTML and CSS and how ideas might be implemented or designs executed in a final product. * The ability to effectively and creatively interpret and apply existing brand guidelines to digital products. * An excellent eye for typography, layout and hierarchy, with good awareness of current trends and industry-appropriate design language. * Detail oriented, great at problem solving and able to prioritise and multi-task.
