## Description

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Soporte y Operación para garantizar la estabilidad, resolución de incidencias y correcta operación de una plataforma tecnológica de IA., Dar soporte y operar una plataforma tecnológica basada en IA y Cloud.
Atender y resolver incidencias de nivel N2/N3.
Realizar análisis de causa raíz (RCA) sobre incidencias.
Gestionar, diagnosticar y hacer seguimiento de incidencias hasta su resolución.
Contribuir a la estabilidad, disponibilidad y correcto funcionamiento de la plataforma.
