dynamic, hybrid role split between continuous improvement projects and high-level operational support (L2/L3).Lead Configuration: Take ownership of hands-on functional configuration across Core HCM, Security Roles, Business Process Framework, and Job Architecture.Drive Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to run requirements-gathering workshops, translate business needs into robust functional designs, and support business process re-engineering.Problem Solve: Triage, investigate, and resolve complex Workday incidents (P1-P4), performing root cause analysis to stop recurring issues in their tracks.Support Testing: Play an active role in system, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades and change requests.Document and Train: Maintain high-quality configuration workbooks, design decisions, and knowledge articles to build team capability.What We Are Looking ForTo hit the ground running, you should bring a blend of technical Workday
