## About the Role

Do you have experience in WCAG?, * Proven experience designing interactions for government or public sector services

 * Deep familiarity with the GOV.UK Design System and when to deviate from it
 * Strong prototyping skills; you can build something testable quickly
 * A clear, evidence-based approach to design decisions
 * Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and what inclusive design means in practice
