## Description

* Provide day-to-day IT support to end users, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
 * Support overall IT operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
 * Maintain and manage IT asset inventory and stock rooms
 * Oversee local infrastructure and coordinate hardware orders, including refresh and retirement processes
 * Manage endpoints to ensure smooth and secure operations
 * Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve IT issues and enhance services
 * Process local IT invoices accurately and efficiently
 * Assist with the implementation of new technologies and IT systems
 * Create and maintain IT processes and documentation
 * Drive continuous improvements to the end-user IT experience
