* Experiencia consolidada en desarrollo Full Stack (5+ años) utilizando tecnologías modernas de frontend (Angular )y backend. (Spring Boot (Java)

 * Experiencia práctica con herramientas de desarrollo asistido por IA (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot o equivalentes).
 * Conocimiento de metodologías modernas de ingeniería de software y desarrollo basado en especificaciones. (Specification-Driven Development - SDD, Agentic-Driven Development - ADD, etc.)
 * Experiencia en diseño e integración de APIs y desarrollo de aplicaciones distribuidas.
 * Conocimiento de prácticas de integración y despliegue continuo (CI/CD).
 * Experiencia en entornos Agile y colaboración con equipos multidisciplinares.
 * Capacidad para utilizar, validar y optimizar artefactos generados por herramientas de IA, garantizando la calidad, seguridad y mantenibilidad de las soluciones desarrolladas.
