The space sector is rapidly evolving toward faster, more agile ways of working - and at GMV we want to stay ahead of that transformation.
We are looking for an experienced Agile Space Project Manager able to lead ground segment projects with a strong results-oriented mindset, combining technical understanding, fast execution and efficient project leadership.We ?ll get to the point; we'll tell you what's not on the web., We are looking for candidates with experience in Project Management and Systems Engineering within the space sector, used to working in complex and multidisciplinary environments.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ECSS standards will be highly valued, as well as experience coordinating and negotiating with stakeholders and major industry primesExperience managing space projects in agile environments.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Clear focus on execution, delivery and results.Experience combining traditional space project cycles with agile methodologies.Proactive mindset, autonomy and decision-making capability.Strong communication skills with both customers and technical teams.PMP certification, experience in Space Operations and launchers, and professional proficiency in German, French or Italian will also be considered a strong plus.WHAT DO WE OFFER?

You will work in complex and multidisciplinary environments, balancing traditional space industry milestones (PDR, CDR, FAT, OSAT) with agile and incremental delivery approaches.You will drive projects end-to-end by:defining mission objectives and success criteriaaligning technical roadmaps with customer prioritiesmanaging scope, schedule, budget and contractual baselinesleading trade-offs between performance, cost, risk and schedulecoordinating incremental mission capability deliveriesmanaging risks and mitigation strategies across the program lifecycleWHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
