As a Software Engineer, you will be also lead the ASDLC adoption and Ways of working in your team while preserving quality standards and good software practices. You can influence decisions within your area of responsibility and connect naturally with business and architecture representatives to provide solutions to our customers. Who you are: * Healthcare Interoperability & Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of healthcare and laboratory integration standards (e.g., HL7, POCT1-A, ASTM, LIS/HIS) and connectivity solutions for diagnostics environments. * Software Development & Quality Practices: Proven hands-on C# .NET development background with strong expertise in software design patterns, object-oriented design, TDD/BDD, unit/integration testing, and maintainable code. * End-to-End Ownership & AI Integration: Track record of full SDLC responsibility (from requirements to deployment), including integrating AI toolsets into development workflows and understanding cloud/frontend technologies. * Technical Leadership & Architecture: Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, mentor developers, design robust components, and guide architecture/AI strategy alongside product managers and stakeholders. * Education, Communication & Soft Skills: Degree in CS or related field (Bachelor's + 6 years or Master's + 4 years), with strong problem-solving skills, independence, and fluent communication in English and Spanish for agile, cross-functional collaboration. ## Description The Expert SW Engineer in Mobile is expected to demonstrate the Roche Operating Principles and contribute to the Roche Group.
