Your background

 * Master's degree in a relevant field
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or CRM transformation
 * Proven track record across multiple full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations
 * Active Salesforce certifications (e.g. Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Consultant, or equivalent)
 * Experience working in Agile project environments
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Fluent in French or Dutch and English
 * Ability to travel occasionally to client sites

## Description

As a Salesforce Senior Consultant, you bring deep functional and technical knowledge across one or more Salesforce clouds. You guide clients through design and implementation phases, lead workshops, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement. You are the go-to person when the team needs expertise and judgment.

You will:

 * Lead functional design sessions and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
 * Architect end-to-end solutions across one or more Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
 * Produce high-quality deliverables: solution design documents, configuration specs, test plans, training materials
 * Mentor junior consultants and support their growth within the team
 * Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal writing
 * Stay current with Salesforce releases, AppExchange solutions, and platform best practices
 * Support internal knowledge-sharing through documentation and community of practice activities
