## About the Role

* Technical education (HTL/FH/university) in computer science, software engineering, software development or similar.
 * At least 5 years of solid professional experience in the areas of software development, tooling, CI/CD.
 * Practical experience in DevOps, especially with CI/CD, automation and internal tools.
 * Experience in supporting Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, JAMA and other ALM tools.
 * Experience with scripting is an advantage.
 * Comprehensive understanding of development and deployment processes and ability to improve them technically.
 * Good command of German and English.
 * Enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration and solution-oriented working methods.

## Description

* Support, further development and administration of central development tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins) with a focus on continuous integration.
 * Analysis and resolution of tool and plugin compatibility issues.
 * Collaboration on the further development of CI/CD environments.
 * Close cooperation with development and system engineering to optimise processes and tooling.
 * Creation and optimisation of scripts for process and workflow automation.
 * Collaboration with the security team in the implementation of security guidelines to ensure smooth operation.
 * Setup, optimisation and maintenance of back-office systems with a focus on availability, quality and user-friendliness.
 * Patch management, upgrades and support for future system architectures.
 * Ticket processing according to SLA.
