·High attention to detail and strong data quality mindset.
Desirable Skills & Attributes:
·Experience working with Databricks for data transformation or analytics workflows.
·Experience developing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
·Foundational knowledge of Python for data manipulation, automation, or analysis.
·Experience with cloud data environments such as Azure or AWS.
·Familiarity with ETL tools, or similar data-integration technologies.
·Understanding of data modelling concepts.
·Familiarity with legal industry data and metrics.

## Description

Role Summary
As a Data Analyst you will play a pivotal role in providing valuable insights and analysis to internal and external customers. Working in a small team, you will collaborate with Legal teams, data engineers and developers to strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organisation. By delivering high quality analytical solutions across reporting solutions such as Power BI, the Data Analyst enables teams to make informed decisions, identify performance drivers, and continuously improve operational outcomes., Reporting & Data Visualisation
Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
Apply data visualisation best practices to effectively communicate findings to varied audiences
Automate routine and recurring reports to improve efficiency and consistency.
Data Analysis & Insight
Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities aligned to business objectives
Provide analytical support to inform key business initiatives and decision making
Generate meaningful insights to support both operational and strategic outcomes
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide guidance and training to end-users on accessing, interpreting, and leveraging reports and dashboards effectively.
Present insights and recommendations that influence operational and strategic decision-making.
Data Quality, Governance & Integrity
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and analytical outputs
Carry out regular data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities
Support the implementation and adherence to data governance policies and standards

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Document methodologies, processes, and outputs to promote transparency, repeatability, and knowledge sharing
Continuous Improvement
Monitor the performance of existing reports and dashboards, implementing improvements where needed.
Contribute to the development of reporting standards, documentation, data definitions, and governance practices.
