## About the Role

target-state architecture initiatives including modularization, API strategies, observability, and cloud migration. - Identify technical debt, scalability challenges, and technology obsolescence risks proactively. - Promote the adoption of reusable shared services and enterprise standards. Mandatory Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Hands-on experience supporting Front Office and/or Middle Office banking applications. - Strong understanding of application support, application ownership, and service management. - Experience with: - Application monitoring and observability tools. - Integration technologies such as web services, messaging systems, and file transfer solutions. - Database design, SQL development, query optimization, and log analysis. - Git and source control management. - Jira or similar ticketing platforms. - Practical knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and secure design practices. -
Hands-on experience with Java technologies and software development lifecycle processes. - Experience using IDEs for development, troubleshooting, and debugging. - Strong Oracle Database and SQL expertise. - Experience working with the Actico platform in operational or support environments. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Ability to solve complex problems while maintaining an end-to-end business perspective. Nice to Have: - Experience within Compliance, Regulatory, or Financial Crime domains. - Knowledge of Wealth Management or Private Banking environments. - Actico Rules or Visual Rules certifications/training. - Experience with cloud migration initiatives and modern API architectures. - Exposure to observability, logging, and enterprise integration platforms. of the assigned application, ensuring availability, stability, performance, and lifecycle management. - Act as the main point of contact for operational, technical, and functional stakeholders. - Coordinate incident management, problem resolution, application upgrades, and production support activities. - Conduct application health checks, performance analysis, and capacity planning. - Assess and govern application changes through risk and impact analysis. - Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and architecture teams to deliver enhancements and resolve defects. - Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and application inventories. - Drive application rationalization and decommissioning initiatives when appropriate. - Ensure compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, security controls, and non-functional requirements. - Partner with Enterprise Architects to evaluate solution enhancements and future architectural evolution. - Support
