## About the Role

* +5 years of proven hands-on experience working in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles.
 * Proven experience in client-facing roles, acting as a key point of contact to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions, working in coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
 * Core Cloud Knowledge: Solid, proven experience working with different Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community).
 * Methodology: Strong experience working under Agile methodology frameworks.
 * Language Skills: Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.

Desirable / Value-Add Skills (Pluses)

 * Experience in Business or Process consulting is a plus.
 * Experience or exposure to other Salesforce ecosystem Clouds is highly welcome.

Main Responsibilities

 * Requirements Analysis.
 * Design and implement functional solutions in projects.
 * Provide effort estimations for projects.
 * Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to the fulfillment of project objectives.
 * Analyze and improve application performance.
 * Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
 * Contribute to the validation of the solution against functional requirements.
 * Comply with the agreed software quality standards set by Omega's Technical Management.
 * Generate functional documentation for completed projects.
 * Collaborate within Omega's community of practice by sharing knowledge.
