You create clarity, facilitate effective collaboration, and ensure the team delivers high-quality software within agreed timelines and objectives. You identify risks and bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions when necessary. You actively contribute to technical work and act as the link between the team, the Development Center Manager, and the customer. The exact emphasis of your responsibilities depends on the organization and project. You work from our office in Apeldoorn. * Depending on the project and organization, your responsibilities may include: * Providing technical leadership and support to the software team while fostering effective collaboration. * Preparing and facilitating Scrum activities, including sprint planning, reviews, and demos, and maintaining the related administration. * Safeguarding and further developing the technical content, including requirements, design, architecture, and implementation decisions. * Setting up, maintaining, and improving the software development environment, including continuous build and integration processes and configuration management. * Communicating with customers and the Development Center Manager. * Monitoring progress, quality, risks, and technical coherence, and initiating corrective actions when required. * Actively contributing to software development as a senior software engineer where appropriate., * Flexible 32-40 hour working week, with room to work from home. * A healthy work-life balance is very important to us.
