As a team you will be optimizing the quality of the webapplications, mobile applications and softwareproducts the company produces. Besides test automation, this means you will also be setting up and executing end-to-end tests and user acceptance tests.

Currently the development team has made a small start with setting up test automation with the use of Cypress. (The software engineers developer with .NET). However, as a test automation expert you will have the power to advise them and even use other frameworks if necessary. It's a role with both responsibility and freedom.
