About the role: We are now recruiting for a Master Data Executive which plays a key role within our business, ensuring timely and accurate data maintenance within a controlled Data Governance framework, spanning create, change, inactive and data profiling and modelling. Role Responsibilities: Manage and maintain master data across SAP and other business systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data and associated hierarchies. Coordinate product, packaging, BOM and formulation data creation, ensuring information meets business requirements and industry standards, including GS1 compliance. Support the design, testing, and implementation of process improvements and system enhancements to increase data quality and operational efficiency. Perform data maintenance, validation, and cleansing activities, ensuring business-critical systems contain accurate, reliable, and up-to-date information. Partner with cross-functional teams across the business, IT, and project functions to align master data standards and support effective system operations. Monitor and report on master data performance, providing regular updates, insights, and progress reports to stakeholders and project teams. Support key initiatives by handling testing, implementation, user training, and continued assistance to encourage business adoption and organisational change. Experience and Key Attributes: Experience in Master Data Management or a similar Shared Services, Supply Chain, or Finance role. Solid SAP MM knowledge and experience. Understanding of supply chain data, including BOMs, recipes, procurement, costing, and production processes. Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Visio. Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Good attention to detail, structured approach, and problem-solving capability. Understanding of master data governance and data quality best practices. Accountable, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality work first time.
