## Description

An entry-level position supporting a busy Facilities Management Helpdesk. Ideal for someone organised, confident on the phone, and keen to build a career in FM. Full training provided., Handle reactive maintenance requests via phone, email and client portals
Log and update jobs on the system
Schedule engineers and subcontractors
Arrange site access and communicate attendance
Provide job details and required documentation
Chase updates and keep clients informed
Support PPM scheduling and SLA monitoring
Maintain accurate records and assist with general admin
Escalate urgent issues to senior staff, Training provided across FM processes, reactive and planned maintenance, PPMs, SLAs, CAFM systems, commercial procedures and compliance documentation. Progression to Facilities Maintenance Coordinator is possible.
