## About the Role

* Substantial experience in technology risk, IT internal audit, IT assurance, risk and controls or a closely related discipline, including a strong track record at Senior Manager level or clear readiness to operate at that level.

 * A demonstrable record of winning and expanding client work, supported by credible market relationships and the ability to originate opportunities both independently and through collaborative account and sector teams.

 * Strong commercial judgement, including experience shaping proposals, negotiating scope and fees, managing engagement economics and maintaining appropriate quality and risk standards.

 * Broad technical credibility across technology risk and controls, with depth in one or more areas such as IT general controls and SOX/ICFR, technology internal audit, cloud, DevOps and SDLC, ERP, operational resilience, third-party risk, data, programme assurance or AI governance.

 * Experience leading complex, multi-workstream engagements and communicating confidently with executive, audit committee, risk and technology stakeholders.

 * A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams, provide clear direction and constructive challenge, and build capability for sustainable growth.

 * Relevant qualifications such as CISA, CISM, ACA, ACCA, CIA, CRISC, CISSP or cloud certifications are advantageous; equivalent senior-level experience and market credibility will also be considered.
