IAM Service Lead:

 * IAM service ownership and leadership
 * Service design and Target Operating Models
 * Governance and service transition
 * KPI/SLA management
 * Stakeholder management
 * Risk, compliance and continuous improvement
 * Identity lifecycle and access governance
