The role shapes technology solutions that meet regulatory obligations, strengthen supervisory controls, and manage conduct and trade-related risks. The role requires you to work across Compliance & Supervision for Global Markets. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, delivery, and operational support of technology solutions that enable regulatory compliance, surveillance, supervision, and control oversight functions. This role combines technology leadership, and delivery accountability across strategic regulatory and business initiatives. The role partners closely with Compliance, Risk, Data, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and regulator-ready solutions. Responsibilities: Engineering Leadership * Help build and lead a high-performing engineering team across multiple delivery streams. * Help establish engineering standards, development practices, and quality controls. * Drive accountability for solution design, code quality, testing, deployment, and operational stability. * Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development to junior developers in the team. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence.
