## About the Role

* Experience supporting, configuring or implementing Workday HCM.
 * Strong understanding of HR processes and best practice.
 * Experience working with Workday business processes, security and organisational structures.
 * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
 * Experience working within ERP, SaaS or enterprise application environments.
 * Exposure to Workday Payroll, integrations or reporting would be advantageous.

## Description

We're looking for a Workday HCM Consultant to support the ongoing development, optimisation and support of a large-scale Workday environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Workday HCM experience who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, improving processes and delivering high-quality system solutions., * Provide functional expertise across Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Organisations, Staffing Models, Compensation, Absence, Talent and Performance.

 * Support the configuration, enhancement and optimisation of Workday solutions.
 * Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and system issues.
 * Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
 * Facilitate workshops and support process improvement initiatives.
 * Assist with testing activities including system, integration and user acceptance testing.
 * Build strong relationships with HR, Payroll and wider business stakeholders.
