The successful candidate must be able to work with developers, vendors, consultants and business users to turn project plans into working systems, tested releases and measurable outcomes. This is not a purely oversight role. The position requires practical software understanding, disciplined project management, strong follow-up, clear documentation, and the ability to move issues to closure., Software, Platform and Systems Delivery * Manage and support software delivery for online platform upgrades, integrations, internal systems and digital insurance workflows. * Work with developers and vendors on requirements, user stories, APIs, databases, front-end functions, testing, deployment and post-release support. * Review technical proposals, change requests, defects, release notes and acceptance evidence to ensure they align with business requirements. * Support full-stack delivery activities, including web applications, integrations, databases, reporting tools, platform configuration and production support. * Coordinate user acceptance testing, issue triage, defect resolution, release sign-off and post-implementation monitoring. * Maintain clear software documentation, support procedures, configuration records, system notes and operational handover materials. Project Management and Execution * Prepare and maintain project plans, Gantt charts, Redmine or project-management updates, implementation trackers, risk logs and executive status reports. * Track deliverables, owners, due dates, dependencies, blockers and approvals for major technology projects. * Coordinate internal users, developers, offshore teams, AI consultants, vendors and technical partners to keep projects moving on time. * Escalate delays, unresolved risks and vendor issues promptly, with clear recommendations and required decisions. * Ensure projects are delivered with proper testing, documentation, sign-off and transition to support. * Convert plans and discussions into completed tasks, measurable deliverables and closed action items.
