You don't need to have experience with every tool listed below. If you have a solid DevOps foundation and enjoy learning new technologies, we'd love to hear from you., We're looking for experience in several of the following areas: * Experience working in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering or similar role. * Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as: * GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar technologies. * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code approaches, including Terraform and/or CloudFormation. * Experience working with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. * Understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud. * Experience scripting and automating tasks using Python, Bash, PowerShell or similar languages. * Knowledge of monitoring, logging and observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk or Datadog. * Understanding of security principles and how they apply throughout the software delivery lifecycle. * Experience working with Git-based source control and collaborative development practices. * Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * Experience working within consulting, public sector or regulated environments would be advantageous. Security Requirements This role is subject to successful completion of pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). Depending on the client and assignment, additional National Security Vetting (NSV) may be required, including eligibility for Enhanced Security Check (eSC) or Enhanced Developed Vetting (eDV).
