## About the Role

* Technically hands-on, with an understanding of how to test and set up a test framework
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with up to 20 third parties and three external contractors, including handling challenging conversations
 * Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile delivery methodologies
 * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
 * Technical literacy across platforms and architecture concepts, including Azure, APIs, Dynamics CRM, and CI/CD
 * Familiarity with test automation frameworks and an understanding of QA metrics, test strategies, and governance
 * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
 * Ability to balance technical depth with delivery pragmatism

## Description

* Manage the technical delivery lifecycle for one or more project workstreams
 * Create and maintain delivery plans and dependencies in collaboration with project managers, architects, engineering leads, and partner leads
 * Identify and mitigate delivery risks, manage scope and quality, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
 * Work with engineering leads and partners to ensure solutions align with our standards and best practices
 * Remove delivery blockers and support the team with problem-solving and prioritisation
 * Act as the primary delivery point of contact for business stakeholders, project managers, and partners
 * Translate business objectives into clear technical deliverables and timelines
 * Communicate delivery progress, risks, and dependencies transparently
 * Ensure alignment between business, engineering, and partner teams
 * Work with QA engineers and business analysts to refine acceptance criteria and align test coverage with business expectations
 * Support validation of data flows and integrations that are critical to project success
