## Description

* Define and lead the organisation's data research strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
 * Drive the discovery, assessment, and development of new data products and KPI tracking methodologies.
 * Lead complex research initiatives from hypothesis generation through to evidence-based recommendations.
 * Evaluate diverse structured and unstructured datasets to identify commercial opportunities.
 * Establish and maintain high standards for data evaluation, statistical analysis, and technical excellence.
 * Improve processes to increase the speed and accuracy of data source assessments.
 * Partner with data acquisition teams to support data purchasing and investment decisions.
 * Lead, mentor, and grow a team of highly skilled data professionals.
 * Build a scalable research function that supports long-term business objectives.
 * Promote the effective use of AI and automation to enhance research quality and efficiency.
