## About the Role

* We are looking for someone who is highly technical, innovative, and driven.
 * We require a deep understanding of data centre and network cabling technologies.
 * We value demonstrable experience in the data centre environment, including operations, design, engineering, cabling, or related fields.
 * We prefer an electrical or mechanical engineering qualification, or a similar qualification combined with industry experience.
 * Experience developing technical training, courses, or qualifications is preferred.
 * Exposure to education, instructional design, or technical writing is preferred.
 * Familiarity with industry innovations, best practices, standards, and compliance requirements is preferred.
 * Experience in instructional design or educational theory is desirable.
 * Ability to create multimedia training assets such as diagrams, animations, videos, or interactive content is desirable.
 * Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning platforms is desirable.
 * Understanding of network infrastructure standards or data centre compliance frameworks is desirable.
 * Hands-on experience with structured cabling installation, testing, and certification tools, or experience in design, build, project management, or operations in a data centre environment is desirable.
 * Competence with content creation software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, or Visio is desirable.
 * Experience writing technical documents, white papers, or industry guidance material is desirable.
 * Strong presentation or public-speaking skills are desirable.

## Description

* Develop new training materials for the data centre and network cabling industry.
 * Create bespoke training content tailored to customer requirements.
 * Design new programs and contribute to the evolution of our existing education framework.
 * Update and enhance existing programs, qualifications, and training resources.
 * Research emerging technologies, industry trends, standards, and best practices to keep training content current and relevant.
 * Generate new ideas and concepts for future training offerings.
 * Quality-assure existing training materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
 * Conduct quality assurance of instructor delivery, ensuring high instructional standards.
 * Improve training processes, workflows, and development methodologies.
 * Write new qualifications and review and quality-assure existing qualifications.
 * Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure content excellence.
 * Work with colleagues and customers around the globe, including outside regular working hours when required.
