## About the Role

* Professional fluency in German and English, with the ability to deliver technical training and answer questions confidently in both languages
 * Strong practical knowledge of IT and cybersecurity fundamentals, including enterprise networking, common network protocols, network and endpoint security, cloud environments, identity, email security, threats and vulnerabilities, security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, security operations and SIEM concepts

 * Demonstrable experience delivering technical training, workshops, product education or classroom instruction to professional audiences

 * Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills

 * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured and engaging learning experiences

 * Confidence delivering demonstrations, practical exercises, and scenario-based training

 * Comfort managing a regular schedule of virtual and in-person training sessions

 * Strong organisational skills, including session preparation, learner administration, and follow-up

 * Ability to work independently while following established curricula, delivery standards, and operational processes

 * Willingness to travel within the DACH region and occasionally across EMEA

## Description

Darktrace Education offers global training services that allows our customers to rapidly learn how to use and get the best value from Darktrace solutions., This opportunity can be based in either Munich or London, and you will be required to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
