 * Du hast dein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digital Business/Transformation, IT Management, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, (Arbeits- oder Wirtschafts-)Psychologie, oder vergleichbare Studiengänge mit IT-Fokus abgeschlossen.
 * Zukunftsweisenden Themen wie Agentic AI, Cybersecurity & Digital Trust, Data & Analytics, SAP, Cloud, DevOps etc. und alles rund um Künstliche Intelligenz interessieren dich brennend. Du hast auch schon die ein oder andere Zertifizierungen in einem der genannten Bereiche.
 * Du bist erfahren in der Nutzung und dem Einsatz gängiger KI Tools wie Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude oder AgenticAI insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Tech Transformation Management.
 * Du hast ein gutes Verständnis dafür, wie Human in-the-loop-Ansätze, KI, Cloud, DevOps und Plattformorganisationen Arbeitsweisen, Rollen, Governance und Operating Models verändern.
 * Du bist präsentationssicher in Deutsch und Englisch und kannst deine Stakeholder in beiden Sprachen gleichwertig managen.
 * Du bringst erste Führungserfahrung in cross-funktionalen und internationalen Teams mit.
 * Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert mit einer starken Kundenorientierung.

Deine Mission

Als Transformation Consultant - IT-Projekte bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen Mensch, Organisation und technischer Transformation: Du stellst sicher, dass Nutzer:innen neue Technologien, KI-gestützte Prozesse, rollenbasierte Enablement Ansätze und veränderte Arbeitsweisen nicht nur verstehen, sondern aktiv annehmen und in ihren Arbeitsalltag integrieren. Dafür analysierst du ganzheitlich die Auswirkungen der Transformation und behältst die Bedürfnisse aller relevanten Stakeholder im Blick. Du schaffst die besten Voraussetzungen für die Tech Transformation deiner Kunden, indem du passende Transformations-Maßnahmen umsetzt und ihren Erfolg misst, um die nachhaltige Transformation sicherzustellen., * Arbeiten, wo du gebraucht wirst - an einem der Accenture-Standorte, remote oder beim Kunden vor Ort
