## About the Role

* You hold a Master's degree or equivalent and have significant experience in the design of complex systems
 * You have a strong command of the V-cycle and have worked on the design phase and/or testing phase
 * Ideally, you have multidisciplinary knowledge in embedded software engineering and electronics
 * Proficiency in requirements management tools: DOORS, Polarion or Reqtify
 * Ability to write clear and structured specifications
 * Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and autonomy
 * Strong knowledge of electronics and fluency in English are major assets; fluent German is a strong advantage

* Needs analysis: Collect and analyze customer specifications
 * Requirements engineering: Draft technical specifications and define the expected product functionalities
 * Technical interface: Act as the liaison with development teams (hardware/software) to communicate specifications
 * Traceability: Manage requirements throughout the upstream phase of the V-cycle
 * Validation: Contribute to defining test plans to verify development compliance
