 * Beratung der Fachbereiche bei SAP-bezogenen Anforderungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Abbildung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse
 * Bearbeitung von Anwenderanfragen und technischen Störungen einschließlich Analyse und Koordination geeigneter Lösungen
 * Unterstützung bei SAP-Projekten, Migrationen, Rollouts und Releasewechseln sowie Durchführung erforderlicher Anwendungstests
 * Erstellung von System- und Anwenderdokumentationen sowie Abstimmung mit internen IT-Teams und externen SAP-Partnern
