 * Lust, moderne Frontends mit React und TypeScript zu entwickeln
 * Erste Berührungspunkte mit KI-Tools (z. B. Claude Code, Cursor) und Interesse daran, diese sinnvoll im Entwicklungsprozess einzusetzen
 * Eigeninitiative und Motivation, das Produkt, das Team und die persönliche Entwicklung voranzubringen
