## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Erfahrung als Scrum Master in Softwareentwicklungsteams
 * Zertifizierung als Scrum Master, z.B. CSM, PSM oder SAFe Scrum Master
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Scrum und agiler Skalierung
 * Erfahrung im Coaching und in der Teamentwicklung
 * Sehr gute Moderations-, Kommunikations- und Konfliktmanagementfähigkeiten
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Jira und Confluence
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAFe, LeSS, Kanban oder weiteren agilen Methoden
 * Interesse an der sinnvollen Nutzung KI-gestützter Werkzeuge im agilen Arbeitsumfeld
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 * Moderation und Organisation von Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospektiven und Workshops
 * Coaching von Scrum Teams, Product Ownern, Business Analysten und teamnahen Rollen
 * Förderung von Selbstorganisation, Verantwortungsübernahme und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
 * Identifikation, Transparenz und Beseitigung von Impediments
 * Sicherstellung aktueller Scrum-Artefakte und der Definition of Done
 * Monitoring von Teamkapazität, Velocity, Fortschritt und Lieferfähigkeit
 * Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Scrum Mastern im skalierten agilen Umfeld / SAFe
 * Unterstützung bei Sprint- und PI-Planung
 * Förderung eines transparenten Informationsflusses zwischen Product Owner, Entwicklungsteam und Stakeholdern
